Step into our magnificent drawing room and snug for an extraordinary evening with Mark Haisma, one of Burgundy's most fascinating winemakers. With the fire crackling beside us, Mark will personally guide you through a remarkable selection of his acclaimed wines from across the Côte d'Or and beyond.
Mark's journey to Burgundy is the stuff of wine legend, an Australian winemaker who, through sheer determination and undeniable talent, carved out a place for himself in one of the world's most exclusive wine regions. Now producing some truly phenomenal wines, Mark is a larger-than-life character whose passion and knowledge promise to make this a very special evening indeed.
Our chefs have created an authentic Burgundian feast, drawing on the region's classic dishes whilst adding our own twists using exceptional ingredients from our superb local Kent suppliers. From a delicate pressed chicken through to the rich, warming depths of a traditional Beef Bourguignon, each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement Mark's wine selections.

The evening starts from 18:30 with dinner beginning at 19:00 sharp. We anticipate carriages around 21:30.
