What are your opening hours?
Breakfast Service Hours: 8:30am – 10:30am
Lunch Service Hours: Wednesday to Saturday: 12pm – 3:00pm, Sunday: 12pm-8pm
Dinner Service Hours Wednesday to Saturday: 6pm – 9:30pm (last orders).
Bar Opening Hours: Wednesday to Saturday: 12pm – 11:30pm (last orders 11:30pm) Sundays’ 12pm – 9pm (last orders)
Are you able to accommodate food allergies?
We kindly ask to be informed of any allergies we need to be aware of in advance of your visit.
We always do our best to accommodate mild allergies but cannot guarantee that we work in a nut, dairy, gluten or allergen-free environment given the complexity of our menu.
Do you have a dress code?
Absolutely no dress code. Feel free to dress up if you like but don’t feel obliged. Whatever makes you comfortable so you can enjoy your experience.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We are happy to accept walk-in guests at any time, depending on availability. We strongly recommend making a prior reservation to avoid disappointment as availability can be very limited.
Do you accept cash?
Yes we accept cash and card payments.
Do you offer corkage for wine?
There is £30 corkage fee per bottle on wines, champagnes and sparkling wines. Please notify us prior to your dinner should you wish to bring own wines. This is only available at our restaurant or pub and isn’t available for private events.
Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
Yes we do. These can only purchased online here. Or purchased in-house for a physical voucher.
Can I leave a tip?
We do add a discretionary 12.5% service charge to your bill, this is split equally between our staff however should you prefer to tip on the day feel free to ask for service charge to be removed.
Can I make a reservation for more than 7 people?
To reserve a table of more than 7 people, please contact us directly on info@boys-hall.com
Do you have parking?
We have around 40 parking spaces on site, allocated on first come first basis. If you can reach us by public transport or taxi then please do.
I have a gift voucher, how do I make a reservation?
For bedroom reservations please contact us directly on 01233 427727
For table reservations you are welcome to book online and note that you will be using a gift voucher toward your meal. Please make sure to present your voucher to our team upon arrival.
Are you family friendly?
Yes, we are! We offer 2 family rooms suitable for families of up to 4.
Unfortunately, not all room types can accommodate an extra bed or cot so please do let us know at the time of booking. Baby cots are free of charge and there is a fee of £30 per night per child for an extra bed.
We offer children’s menu with plenty of options. Please make us aware of your children’s ages at the time of booking.
Are you dog friendly?
Well behaved dogs on leads are welcomed in our cosy pub and bar lounge. Due to the close proximity of tables, we do not allow dogs in our restaurant however in the warmer months we do allow them onto the restaurant terrace.

Ashford International train station has high-speed trains to London St Pancras in 38 minutes. We are a 5 minute taxi ride from Ashford International station.
Do you offer transport service?
We have preferred taxi companies that we use, however there is limited availability, advanced reservations are strongly recommended.
Can I order extras to celebrate special occasions?
Yes, we offer a bouquet of seasonal flowers at £70 or you can pre order a bottle of wine, champagne or sparkling wine from our wine list. Please contact our reception on 01233 427727 should this be something you want to arrange.
How can I book a treatment for my stay?
We work with several local therapists who offer massages in-room. Please contact reception on 01233 427727 who will be able to organise this for you – on a first come first served basis.
Treatments are not suitable for anyone who may be pregnant, please make us aware of any allergies, injuries or recent surgeries at the time of booking. Once booked, there is 24-hour cancellation policy to keep in mind should your plans change.
What time is check in?
Our guaranteed check-in time is from 3pm until 9pm on the day or arrival. Please be aware that we will be closed from 11:30pm and we do not operate a late check in facility unless pre-authorised.
Can I book a table outside?
All tables outside are on first come first served basis due to the inclement British weather, however if you reserve table inside, this will give you priority for outside space upon arrival.
What time is check out?
We ask you to vacate all bedrooms by 11am on the day of your departure. Should you wish to check out at a later time, this must be arranged prior to your stay and may incur additional charges.
Is breakfast included?
A continental breakfast is included in the cost of your booking. There is also a hot breakfast menu available for an additional charge that you can order from on the day. Breakfast is served in our restaurant area from 8:30am until 10:30am.
Do you have disabled access?
We are a listed building so floors are uneven & there are often small steps, so unfortunately, we cannot say all of our rooms have full disabled access although we always try our best to help & accommodate any requirements. There is no lift.
In the restaurant area most areas are wheelchair accessible and we have a disabled bathroom on the ground floor.
